INEQUALITY OR UNDUE DEFERENCE? September 07, 2022

The DOJ does not want to establish a dangerous precedent that will imperil American democracy. A crime has been committed. Period. It's like knowingly eating a forbidden fruit, and coming around to question the veracity or process of discovering the forbidden fruit inside of your stomach.

Did you eat the forbidden fruit or not? Is eating the fruit classified as forbidden? Was the forbidden fruit found in your stomach?

Unless, of course, you want to question the wisdom, integrity, or judgment of those who classified the fruit forbidden. Otherwise, I don't see the justification for bringing a Special Master into the lingering saga. Enough of the undue deference. Right now, the rule of law is on trial.
