Remembering Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, 1926 - 2022
She was more than a Queen - innately resplendent, with an arresting aural, beauty, and poise. Royalty didn't transform her. She defined it, as giving life and a new meaning to the Crown. She was true, the world's most talked about Lady who, surprisingly, had little or nothing to discuss with the human race. She was infallible and her word was law. Her Majesty led the Parliament of the United Kingdom and the Commonwealth of Nations with unsurpassed dignity and influence. She was taciturnly personified, packed with all the trappings of power, wealth, and nobility. And she will be dearly missed and remembered. May her soul rest in peace. Amen.
Postscript!
If there is a case to be made against her, especially for alleged harmful conduct that predates her reign or is based on the misdeeds of the previous monarchs, such a case should have been made when she was alive. I won't sit in judgment against the dead.
