Google has been overtaken in its own game - search engine. Whether Microsoft and OpenAI did the right thing by exposing the human race to this uncontrollable application (ChatGPT) remains to be seen.
I can understand why Google was skeptical or unwilling to escalate the AI process (privacy, jobs, and global insecurity) when it had the opportunity to do so a few years back.
At least, the Google app is free to user, but ChatGPT by OpenAI is not. I had the GPT4 installed on my phone the moment it came out. However, I cannot search for more than three items in a day, because I am not a paid subscriber.
Anyway, this monster is unbelievable, there's nothing it can't tell you. It gave me a breakdown of my community, Ewohimi, in a second, when I prompted it to do so a few weeks ago. And within a minute of asking, it gave me pages and pages of a business plan, specifically in line with the business that I specified.
Simply amazing. The question now is, can it be regulated? And, if so, by who?
