Of Dual Citizenship and Diplomatic Passport! April 22, 2023

As a foreigner, the possession of a diplomatic passport does NOT confer citizenship of the issuing country on you, a Certificate of Naturalization is.

Please, this is not a political statement or opinion, but simply educational. The aggrieved party must not be goaded, albeit erroneously, to dissipate his time and legal resources on trivialities.

Defining the main issue in a case is the first approach to legal strategy and tactics. When you approach the court to seek relief, you must have a good understanding of the nature of the grievances that you suffered and define the issues or issue accordingly, because the law is blind.

In the 2015 Kogi State gubernatorial saga, Mr. Abiodun Falake and his legal team were not able to define the main issue in the novel case (vested rights), and ended up handling the victory that himself and his now late gubernatorial candidate won convincingly, to a Bello who was defeated in the primaries.

Anyway, truth, awareness, and enlightenment are at the core of moral revolution in any civilization. We must remember that.
