ERROR OF JUDGMENT OR SHEER ARROGANCE: The Test of Justice as an Equalizer in God's Own Country. June 11, 2023

Eating a FORBIDDEN Fruit is a Criminal Offence per se, because the Sovereignty or an Act of Parliament has already classified engaging in EATING it as forbidden. Therefore, its breach has no defense in Law or Equity - a mistake is not an excuse. However, KNOWINGLY Eating a Forbidden Fruit with careless disregard for the repercussions is the height of mob mentality, arrogance, stupidity, and WILLFULNESS. It's like saying, "Who be God sef wey talk say make we no chop for these fruits. I beg, pluck more make we carry go home to keep; we fit dey sell them small small later to make money."
That's exactly what he did. He knew he was committing a crime.
And he also knows and firmly believes, as always, that the law will not catch up with him. That's the likely tragedy of this case. And with his usual crocodile tears on display, you can search no further for what persecution complex is about.
I am confident that the rule of law will not be discriminatory. After all, this is a country where Uncle Sam compelled a popular sitting president to surrender his DNA to ascertain whether or not the stain on a specific blue dress matches his bodily fluid. And that was a President who parades unmatched history of performance in office as president during his time. Or has the law ceased to be the great equalizer it is in God's Own Country? I don't think so.
My fear is not whether the DOJ will be able to prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt, but whether the jury will be willing to convict a former President of the United States of America. That's my only fear.
"But let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream." The Book of Amos 5:24, English Standard Version
